Abby has contributed to transformational change efforts in large enterprises such as the Department of Homeland Security, Hilton, and Freddie Mac. Currently, she is a Change Manager at Meta, where she designs and delivers strategies for teams, programs and divisions to embrace change. 

Abby is thrilled to join Black Box's board and contribute to an organization that beautifully blends art with transformational healing. In addition to her professional endeavors she is committed to holistic well-being and community engagement - she teaches yoga at Cary Yoga Collective and dances at Arts Together.
