Get ready to pas-de-bouree across the floor to a fun and funky playlist in this high energy Contemporary Jazz class with Company Member, Liz Sanford! This style blends classic jazz foundations with contemporary based aesthetics and release. Class will begin with a progressive warm up that emphasizes alignment, conditioning, and flexibility followed by an across-the-floor series. To finish, dancers will learn a combination that focuses on technique, performance quality, and musicality, while encouraging their own finesse. All are welcome!
