NORA JONES

Nora Jones brings over 20 years of experience delivering impactful professional workforce solutions, staffing, and executive-level advisory services. Currently a Senior Engagement Manager at Experis (a ManpowerGroup company), she oversees a portfolio of over 100 consultants at First Citizens Bank and acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Throughout her career, Nora has successfully managed high-visibility enterprise relationships and led cross-functional marketing, technology and project management teams for clients and organizations such as Cisco Systems, IBM and Harte Hanks.

Alongside her business expertise, Nora has always been deeply committed to her community, especially when it comes to animal welfare. As a former member of the Neuse River Board of Directors, she ran their annual gala and raised vital funds to rescue, rehabilitate, and find forever homes for dogs in need. Her dedication continued at the SPCA of Wake County, where she spent years leading volunteer trainings, appearing as the "Pet of the Day" spokesperson on WRAL-TV, and chairing the signature Fur Ball fundraising gala multiple times. Even today, you can still find her volunteering hands-on with the dogs. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and she brings this perfect mix of operational expertise and fundraising leadership to Black Box Dance Theatre.
